Vetdesk is an AI receptionist for veterinary practices. We built it because the phone should not stand in the way of care. When it rings during a consult, when it keeps ringing at 22:00, when an owner emails at midnight, someone has to answer, calmly and correctly.

We are a small team based in Amsterdam, working closely with the first practices to shape how an AI receptionist should really behave at a veterinary desk. Warm, careful, never in a hurry, and always transferring to a person when the situation asks for it.

Vetdesk goes live on 1 September. Until then we are onboarding a handful of practices personally.
